25-year-old Jordan Butler from Dudley is wanted on suspicion of malicious wounding after a woman was assaulted.
Police said Jordan also has links to Birmingham.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is being asked to contact police on 101 quoting: 20BW/277923W/19.
