A WATER main has burst in a pedestrianised area of the city.
Images show water pouring down the High Street and Bank Street in Worcester.
Severn Trent Water are at the scene and have cordoned off an area to investigate and carry out work.
A spokesman for Severn Trent Water said: "“We’ve got engineers on site working hard to repair a burst pipe on the High Street in Worcester.
"We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
"Our aim is to get the fix done and return the road back to normal as quickly as possible.”
Severn Trent Water also said no reports have been received from customers saying their home supply has been interrupted.
