TODAY'S old picture from the vaults of the Worcester News dates back to February 1987, when the paper paid a visit to Rowan Court in Tolladine, which had just opened as the city's first-ever sheltered housing development. The article showcased all the amenities open to residents, including lunches for just 60, and plenty of leisure activities, including card games (pictured).
