SADLER'S Brewery has launched a bottle shop in its popular Quinton tap room following feedback from drinkers in the area.

The Lye-based brewery will offer a range of craft beer, cider, mini kegs, and low and non alcoholic options to drink-in or take-away from its taproom on Hagley Road West in a bid to improve the quality of craft beer in the area.

Sadler’s Brewing Co. managing director, Chris Sadler, said: “The idea of the bottle shop came from feedback from our regulars, who commented on the lack of a quality craft beer takeaway in the area. We wanted to bring back the essence of the traditional ‘outdoor’ and make it a real destination for ale drinkers, whether that’s a pint of draught at the bar or something to take away and enjoy at home.”

Alongside Sadler's own brews, the shop will showcase 30 other craft beers from the likes of Burnt Mill Brewery, Pressure Drop, Magic Rock Brewing, Siren Craft Brew and Hawkshead.

The Tap Room & Bottle Shop on Hagley Road West is open Tuesdays from 4-11pm; Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12-11pm; Fridays and Saturdaya from 12pm-12am and Sundays from 12-8pm.

The launch comes as the brewery unveiled its third venue, Brewer’s Social bar on Harborne High Street, last month.
