A 20-year-old will face trial after he denied three Worcester burglaries.

Jacob Telford of Maple Avenue, Worcester, pleaded not guilty to three burglaries when he appeared at Worcester Crown Court yesterday.

Telford is accused of carrying out burglaries at: Fairfax House in Fish Street, Worcester, where he is alleged to have stolen a purse and contents and a laptop on July 31 this year; Sansome Mews, Worcester, between August 3 and August 6 this year where he is alleged to have stolen a PlayStation, a game and laptop; Arboretum Court, Arboretum Road, Worcester on August 6 this year where he us alleged to have stolen a wallet and contents, a laptop, charger and iPad.

He admits handling stolen goods. A trial date was fixed for February 24 next year. The time estimate for the trial is two days.

Bail was refused.
