Sir – Back to school, and across the country roads are choked with traffic once again.
How to deal with traffic congestion has, apart from minor tweaks, been filed away by successive governments as ‘too difficult’ for at least 30 years, along with social care, the NHS, criminal justice and education.
How people can therefore believe that any government can ‘deliver Brexit’ to the satisfaction of the majority of the population bewilders me.
