THE funeral of a teenager who died at a Stourport quarry is being held today.
Jayden Clarke, who was 18 and from Worcester, died after suffering a head injury at Shavers End Quarry on July 8.
The teen had been studying motor mechanics at Heart of Worcestershire College.
His funeral will take place from 12pm at St Barnabas’ Church followed by the Worcester Crematorium at 1pm.
It was funded with help from wellwishers' donations to an online Just Giving page.
In an earlier tribute from Jayden's family, they said: "We want to say how grateful we are for everyone’s support and donations through the Just Giving page and to the divers that recovered Jayden from the quarry.
"Jayden is known as a legend and has touched so many peoples lives.
"He was the most caring, kind and gentle person and everyone loves him.
"Jayden lived his life on two wheels and his bikes were his world."
