WHAT can you get with three tenors these days?

Well, for a start, you can hear the rafters of The Artrix in Bromsgrove being raised with a rousing Christmas show.

And a local choir will be joining in as well.

A spokesman said: “Artrix are thrilled to welcome operatic trio, Tenors Un Limited to the main auditorium with their Christmas Show on Tuesday, December 11.

“During this two-hour stage spectacular, Tenors Un Limited will perform a selection of Yuletide songs, including firm family favourites performed alongside Artrix’s SongStars Showchoir.”

The spokesman added: “SongStars Showchoir meets weekly at Artrix to rehearse a wide range of songs, from pop to musical theatre. Founded in 2012, there are now three divisions in the group; Little SongStars aged 5-9 years, Junior SongStars aged 10-16 years and Adult SongStars aged sixteen and over.

“Having recently performed at the Bromsgrove Town Centre Christmas Lights Switch On and the Artrix Christmas Craft Fair, SongStars are going from strength to strength. This latest opportunity to perform alongside Tenors Un Limited comes just two years after SongStars Adult Choir performed with vocal sensations Blake, at Artrix.”

Choir leader, Estelle Scarth added: “I am thrilled that we have been offered the opportunity to perform with the outstanding talent of Tenors Un Limited. We have been rehearsing some wonderful festive tunes and we are delighted to perform yet again, alongside professional singers on the Artrix stage.”

Tenors Un Limited Christmas Show is part of their 15th year celebration UK tour, fresh from their recent chart-topping success with Who is He? in aid of The Salvation Army which went in at number one on the iTunes classical chart.

The spokesman added: “Audiences are encouraged to bring all the family and their finest singing voices as Tenors Un Limited have promised that there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy and sing along to during this evening of popular Christmas music.”
