A LEADING estate agents is celebrating its new home in Hagley by hosting a Christmas bash for the community.

Lex Allan Grove Village recently opened their doors for trading at the former Barclays branch in Hagley and will be marking their new home in the village by hosting the Scout’s Carol Service this Saturday, December 1.

The events start at 4.30pm outside the offices, with mulled wine and mince pies on hand to get people into the festive spirit.

Dean Grove, one of the directors of the company, said: “We have been overwhelmed with the level of support received from both members of the public in Hagley and our trading Partners in The Village. We understand the importance of Hagley as a community in the mindset of local homebuyers and for that reason have linked our business to a number of prominent local trading Partners for whom we will provide a free platform to promote their businesses.”

Lex Allan added: "We are proud to be this season’s kit sponsors for West Hagley Football Club, in vibrant pink, and this weekend we will be hosting The Scout’s Carol Service on the terrace in front of our offices. Please feel free to drop by from 4:00pm on Saturday for mulled wine, mince pies and a musical accompaniment to bring on the Christmas spirit!"

He continued: “The opening of our Hagley Office heralds a very exciting chapter for our business. As a company we are in serious growth mode which is a result of offering exemplary service to our existing clients. We are aware that Hagley residents have high standards of expectation in terms of the service that they are to receive and we believe that we are comprehensively geared to deliver on those expectations.”
