IF the very young and the young at heart want to find Stick Man this December, The Henry Sandon Hall will be the place to go.

A spokesman said: “The hero lives in the family tree with his Stick Lady Love and their stick children three. But the world is a dangerous place for Stick Man. Find out why!”

The spokesman added: “Join Kirsty from Rhubarb Theatre for a fun and interactive storytelling session around this well-loved tale by Julia Donaldson.

“Rhubarb Theatre was set up in November 2000 by professional actors Philip and Kirsty Mead as a drama resource for the community of Lincolnshire. Since then, they have moved from being a small part-time concern, to a full time professional touring company, specialising in performance for children and families.”

First published in 2008 by Alison Green Books, an imprint of Scholastic Children’s Books, Stick Man has become one of the best-loved books from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.

The show takes place on Saturday, December 22, at 11am.

Tickets on 01905 611427.
