Homeowners and staff at McCarthy and Stone’s Retirement Living development, Keatley Place, were joined by Moreton-in-Marsh locals for a vintage-inspired 1940s afternoon last week.
The development on Hospital Road turned back the clock for guests with live entertainment from Fiona Harrison, who performed a repertoire of well-loved songs in the homeowners’ lounge while everyone also enjoyed a glass of fizz.
All those who were visiting Keatley Place for the first time made the most of their opportunity to take a tour of the last few remaining apartments, meet the McCarthy and Stone team, and chat with retirees who are already living at the development.
Keatley Place is a gated development which features a collection of comprises a selection of 31 one and two-bedroom apartments for the over 60s.
The development features a homeowners’ lounge, landscaped gardens in which to relax, and a guest suite should friends or relatives wish to stay.
Clare Bright, regional managing director for McCarthy and Stone West Midlands, said: “We were delighted to be joined by so many local retirees and their families at our 1940s afternoon.
"It was not only a fun and entertaining afternoon, but we were also able to showcase the lifestyle on offer here and give people the chance to see first-hand what a happy and thriving community we have at Keatley Place.”
