A LARGE goods vehicle caught fire this morning (Monday, November 14), prompting Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews into action.
The crew from Kidderminster Fire Station were alerted to and attended the blaze in Exchange Street at about 4.25am.
The fire came after the brakes on the vehicle overheated.
While yesterday evening (Sunday, November 13), a Kidderminster crew were dispatched to a fly tipping fire in Chester Road North.
The crew was able to extinguish the flames using a hose reel.
