Goodrich CE Primary School near Ross-on-Wye is not yet “good” but is rapidly improving, according to its latest Ofsted report.
Inspector Mark Sims said the school provides a satisfactory standard of education following recent staffing changes and the behaviour of pupils is outstanding.
“It is rapidly improving under the enthusiastic leadership of the headteacher and governing body,” said Mr Sims.
Headteacher Tony Griffiths said: “We are delighted that the exciting potential within our whole-school community was recognised and that an outstanding future lies ahead for Goodrich school.”
