A police investigation has cleared a couple who were arrested on suspicion of fraud in connection with an internet lottery.
Mel Yates and Penny Cook, who live near Ross-on-Wye, have now been released from police bail without charge after an investigation into a scheme which involved the raffle of a house.
A statement from West Mercia Police said: “A man in his 70s and a woman in her 50s who were arrested on suspicion of fraud in connection with an internet lottery were subsequently released on police bail.
"Their bail has now been cancelled and no further action is to be taken in regards to the matter.”
