THE RSPCA is asking for help after a blind diabetic dog was abandoned, underweight and suffering from a skin condition, outside a Hereford vets.
Holmer Vets, on Roman Road, named the dog Rosie after she was found tied up with food and a water bowl - but no sign of an owner - last week.
RSPCA Herefordshire coordinator Val Carr said: “Despite being underweight, blind from cataracts, diabetic and suffering with a skin allergy, Rosie is a very sweet, loving little dog whose tail never stops wagging.”
Anyone interested in fostering Rosie should call 0845 2002962.
