A TEENAGE actor from Ledbury is throwing a party for local fans to mark his debut in a popular teenage drama.
Will Merrick is bringing the Skins Tour to Hereford ahead of the show’s return to digital channel E4 on January 27.
The 17-year-old has beaten around 10,000 hopefuls to become one of the show’s eight main characters.
The young actor impressed directors during auditions in Bristol and described his appointment as a dream come true.
Producers will celebrate the show’s return by holding free Skins Parties near the home towns of the new actors.
The tour comes to Saxtys on Friday, January 21, and will feature DJ sets from Radio 1’s Kissy Sellout and Nicola Bear.
Will and other cast members are likely to attend, but tickets are only available to over-18s from e4.com/skins.
The website will also feature footage from the shows and interviews with the acts and cast members.
