ABOUT two years ago work started in Ethelstan Crescent, Hereford, to upgrade the road and footpath.
When they got half way round the workers disappeared.
After a few months they returned and did a bit more of the footpath, stripped the road then disappeared again.
I contacted Herefordshire Council this week to ask when it would be completed.
I was told due to budget restraints it would take longer than anticipated.
Where were the restraints when they needed another £1million to complete Blueschool Street or the £75,000 for the new museum and suddenly they had all this money to resurface many roads around Hereford.
I think this is a case of the little people don't matter, no one will notice.
Well, they do matter and they do notice.
Finish what you started.
