NEW recycling bins will be installed throughout Herefordshire, as part of a one year trial.
But Ledbury will have to wait a little longer than other towns for its new bins.
A Herefordshire Council spokesman said: “Community litter picking groups are helping to make Herefordshire even greener thanks to a range of new recycling bins for the litter they collect.
“The new bins have been funded by the High Street Community Clean-up Fund as part of a one-year trial of recycling litter. The bins can be identified by their ‘Stop the Drop’ and ‘Recycling from Litter Picks’ stickers, and have been installed at Kington, Old Police Station; Hereford, on the Three Elms Trading Estate and at Vicarage Road, St James; Leominster Tourist Information Centre, and Ross on Wye, Homs Road car park.”
The spokesman added: “We are working to find a suitable location in Ledbury.”
