Ledbury Art Society (LAS) will be holding an exhibition in the Weavers Gallery in Church Lane, Ledbury from May 6 to May 12. LAS is a ‘not for profit’ organisation which seeks to share its love of art with the local community. The Society’s artists work in all mediums including watercolour, acrylic, oil, pastel, pencil, charcoal and other crafts. The Society holds demonstrations by renowned artists on the first Tuesday of each month at the Trinity Parish Hall, New Street, Ledbury.

Ledbury Art Society is a thriving and friendly Society that welcomes and encourages new members. Its demonstrations and workshops are aimed at educating and developing individual techniques whilst hopefully inspiring members to try other mediums and experiment with different styles. It caters for the beginner to the exhibiting artist and aims to encourage and help members to improve. Why not come along to one of the demonstrations and get involved? The Society’s programme of events, as well as reports on previous demonstrations and activities, can be found on the internet at ledburyartsociety.blogspot.com.

Exhibition open 2pm to 4.30pm Monday, May 6, 10am to 4.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday and 10am to 2pm on Sunday, May 12.
