ELLIOT Evans, aged 28, of Hereford is confined to a wheelchair but that did not stop him taking part in St Michael's Hospice 10K run on May 12.
Elliot, completed the gruelling course in one hour 38 minutes.
Proudly holding his medal Elliot said: "I wanted to show other disabled people what can be achieved even if you are in a wheelchair."
