Our village hall has resided in the village for 80 years. We will celebrate the hall's birthday by showing our film Crafta Webb, produced 10 years ago and stars local Bredwardinian and Broburian actors. Crafta Webb was a little hamlet in Bredwardine that sprung up one mile up Bredwardine Hill in the mid-1800s, then disappeared by the early 1900s. The film is 45-minutes long and will start at 4.30pm. Adrian and Rachel Lambert produced the film and will give an introduction. There will be tea, coffee and cakes available to enjoy during the film. After the film, we will serve game and vegetarian stews for supper plus cider, beer and wine, but bring your own special drink if you prefer. We will continue the evening reminiscing about life in the villages with those who have lived here the longest. This is not to be missed so please plan to attend and share your memories.
