CRACKERS and cranberries, puddings and Prosecco, turkey and talk of everything other than shares was evident at Presteigne Investment Club and Marches Investment Club joint Christmas dinner at the Fforest Inn, near New Radnor, recently.
David Delaney, chairman of PIC, reminded members present what a great year it had been for the two sister clubs: Entertaining monthly meetings, increasing profits for both clubs and a programme of social activities throughout the year. The joint waiting list for the two clubs continues to expand with folk from all over Powys, Herefordshire and Shropshire keen to join.
