A Hereford pub is to get new management, and has big plans to wow customers with its menu.
The Swan Inn's new managers will be officially taking over on October 1, with a new team at the helm of the Aylestone Hill pub.
Landlord Adam Wilcox, who is a freelance Pub Operator and works directly with breweries, pub companies, and freehold landlords, will be in charge of the pub, which plans to specialise in steaks and pies.
"I’ve been in the industry for 15 plus years, I sign off on all operational, financial & legal/compliance decisions.
"The Swan Inn is due to be a carbon copy of my other pub in Bewdley The Little Pack Horse, which will be very heavily focused on Steaks, Pies & Carvery," he said.
Mr Wilcox will be overseeing the new establishment, but it will be run on a day to day basis by the new pub manager, Kyle Lockley.
The pub's new menu features pub classic dishes, with wholetail scampi and hunter's chicken up for grabs, and a selection of intriguing pies from the PieMinister range, including British chicken tikka pie and a classic beef steak, kidney and ale pie.
The pub is promising to dish up a delicious carvery every Sunday, along with their extensive lunch and dinner menus.
