A Hereford burger restaurant is to close for two days, to give its staff the ultimate treat.

The Beefy Boys announced that all three of their restaurants will be closed on September 9 and 10, to allow their staff to have a “summer blow out” to celebrate months of hard work.

In a post on their Facebook page, the team said: “To thank our teams for all their hard work this summer, all the restaurants will be closed on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th September so our staff can have a big summer party!

“Apologises for the inconvenience”.

Customers craving one of the teams famed burgers won't have to wait long, as all three restaurants will be welcoming burger lovers back on September 11.

The team have had a busy few months, from recently adding to their trophy collection, walking away with ‘The best-looking burger’ title at the National Burger Awards, to releasing their new book, 'The Beefy Boys: From Backyard BBQ to World-Class Burgers'.

The cook-book, which contains their legendary recipes, has been a roaring success, previously making it to number one on Amazon’s book best sellers list.
