A JAPANESE street food bar is being built in Hereford's Butter Market.
Bao To The Broth will serve ramen, bao buns and some Asian-inspired small plates with a 'modern twist'.
The stall, which is due to open next month, will be open Fridays and Saturdays between 11.30am and 4.30pm, will also serve Japanese-inspired cocktails and Asian-brewed beers.

The idea for the stall came from brothers Ben and Sam Griffiths, who thought of the venture while on furlough from their respective jobs as chefs.
"We were both born locally and have a passion for Asian cooking," said Ben.
"I have been a chef all my professional career and have worked in restaurants across England.
"My brother Sam has also been a chef his entire career, but learnt his trade abroad in multiple different countries, including Japan where he lived and worked for a year.
"He was forced to come back to England due to Covid-19.
"We have always wanted to build a business together and since we had all this spare time on our hands due to furlough we created Bao to the Broth.
"We have been trading since March, so it's still early doors.
"We also are available for pop-ups and events serving exclusive menus for different events and restaurants who wish to book us."
