THE HISTORY SOCIETY - Starts it’s autumn season off with a quiz. We hope that all members will support this event which will be held in the Community Centre on Monday at 7.30pm.£5 per table which will include food. CHURCH FUN DOG SHOW AND AUTUMN FAYRE - There will be a fun dog show and autumn fayre in aid of church funds on Sunday 2-4pm at Marden church. There are ten wonderful novelty classes, prettiest female dog, handsomest male dog, best shaggy dog, dog and handler obstacle race etc, in the dog show sponsored by local companies. Rosettes to third place. There are 12 stalls in the fayre including a wide selection of books, bric-a-brac, crafts, refreshments and more. For more details contact Jess Tidball 01432 880650.
