Bishops Frome & Fromes Hill PARISH PLAN MEETING - Tomorrow, Friday, there will be a public meeting in the Village Centre to discuss a proposal that Bishop’s Frome and Fromes Hill would benefit from having its own Parish Plan. Lynda Wilcox from the Herefordshire Association of Local Councils will address the meeting and outline the advantages. There will then be an opportunity for discussions and a chance to sign up to the working party that will ultimately be responsible for producing the plan. Food and drink will be supplied and it is anticipated that the event will take on the air of a social evening. Parish Plans have been successful elsewhere and this will be a rare opportunity for everyone to put their ideas forward as to local improvements. TONY FULLER MEMORIAL CRICKET MATCH - The Tony Fuller Memorial Cricket Match, the Frome Valley’s own version of Twenty 20 Cricket, will be held at the Sports Ground this Sunday, from 3 pm. This is fun cricket, with up to 19 players on each side, and everyone is welcome to watch or to take part. All proceeds will be split between the Air Ambulance and the Sports Pavilion.
