CONSERVATIVE Cecil Pritchard has been elected onto Leominster Town Council after winning yesterday’s South Ward election.
He saw off Labour Party candidate Philippa Roberts by 90 votes in the two horse race, collecting 388 votes to Ms Roberts' 298.
Turnout was 14.9 per cent.
