COLWALL residents took the chance to express their concerns over the lack of affordable housing in the village.
Elgar Housing Association and the parish council hosted a public consultation at the village hall on Wednesday, February 1.
Elgar development manager Vicki Mence reported a strong turnout and said people had taken the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions.
"We're working with the parish council, which is interested in whether the village needs more affordable housing," she said.
"Once we've looked at the response we'll give feedback to the council and it will advise on how it wants us to proceed."
