THE annual Hereford Marathon is again attracting good entries but organiser Sandra Griffiths would like more schoolchildren taking part in the fun run, which is held in conjunction with the main event.
The fun run is two laps of Hereford Leisure Centre running track, making three miles, and is open to all age groups.
The event is held at the Leisure Centre on Sunday, May 21, with the marathon starting at 10am, the half-marathon at 10.30am and the fun run at 10.45am.
Proceeds go to St Michael's Hospice and Hereford Lions and entry forms are available from the Leisure Centre and Ellis Sports or from Sandra Griffiths, 6 Marlow Drive, Hereford with SAE.
