MILLENNIUM FLOWER FESTIVAL - St Andrew's Church, Allensmore, is staging a flower festival during the weekend of June 30, July 1 and 2. It promises to be a splendid occasion, with a Friday evening concert in the church, a sports afternoon and barbecue on the Saturday, and a Songs of Praise to round off the festival on the Sunday evening.
DRAW - Winners in the Allensmore Church 100 Club draw for April were: 1 Michael Owens, 2 Lil Martin, 3 Lil Jones, 4 Mike Tricklebank. The next draw takes place on May 28.
