PEOPLE of Kington are being asked to rummage through their attics and flick through their photo albums for old pictures and memorabilia.
The Kington Connected Community (KC3) is organising a photographic exhibition to coincide with a day to celebrate the town's past.
KC3 would like people to come forward with images which capture what life was like in the town and the surrounding area between the wars, 1918-1939.
The company is particularly interested in showcasing the bingo hall, cinema, farmers market and local schools and churches.
Other material, which would be welcomed into the display, includes old posters, leaflets, documentation or any written accounts.
Members of the public can take their photos and memorabilia to the KC3 headquarters at High Street Centre in Kington.
If anyone wishes to keep their original prints a copy can be taken, all other contributions will go into Kington museums permanent collection.
The exhibition will be held on June 16 to run alongside the Kington Past Day festivities.
