A Leominster clothing company has announced the loss of seven jobs.
The redundancies at E Walters UK, based at the Southern Avenue Trading Estate, affect employees in the fabric cutting room. This aspect of the business is to be transferred to Slovakia in September.
In a statement, the company said: "This is part of an on-going process of change designed to keep the company competitive in what is a very tough marketplace.
"The patience and support demonstrated by these staff has been very much appreciated."
E Walters UK moved to Leominster from Ludlow in 1996.
