LEDBURY RFC host a Rugby Football Union for Women's all day coaching session on Saturday, July 28.
For the first time in the Midlands 60 (Under 16) girls, who all winter have been involved with a tag rugby leagues, will be introduced to contact rugby through an all day coaching session at the club starting at 9.30am - 4.30pm.
In addition to practical sessions, there will also be advice on diet and injury management.
A team of six coaches and physiotherapists will be in attendance to deliver a practical and theory programme.
All local secondary schools have been invited to attend the session.
