PLANNING officers at Herefordshire Council are to consider whether or not to grant a Certificate of Lawfulness for a caravan site in Bromyard.
Mr A Morgan of Munderfield Harold, Bredenbury, is asking the council to allow him to use the site officially.
The site has been running for more than ten years without planning permission.
