YOUNGSTERS Paul Parry and Gavin Williams have been pinpointed as the key men as Hereford United bid for more FA Cup glory tonight.

Director of Football Graham Turner believes the two wingers could prove a big threat to Leicester City in tonight's third round replay at Filbert Street (7.45).

Parry hit the post during the goalless draw at Edgar Street, and most experts have written off United's chances of pulling off a major shock in the replay.

Turner said: "There aren't many occasions where the second game produces a Cup upset.

"But having said that, we have to go there with belief that we can cause the cup shock of the decade.

"Maybe they may have an attitude that the hard work has been done.

"If they have that in the back of their minds, and they do have one or two injury problems, then we have players who are capable of doing something different and who can go past defenders and create things, such as Gavin Williams and Paul Parry.

"But we have to get the ball out to them and pass it in the right areas. It is all about a positive state of mind, and the first 15 minutes will be vital."

United have not had any firm offers for Parry yet despite his performance at Edgar Street, when he hit the post after a dazzling run.

But Turner said tonight's game should provide a showcase for him and the other youngsters in the Bulls side. "A lot will depend on how he and the others impress on a bigger stage."

Turner expects Mark Taylor to recover from illness and Rob Elmes to shake off a back strain.
