CASH-strapped Hereford United are set for a welcome financial bonanza after their FA Umbro Trophy quarter-final against Burton Albion was picked for live TV coverage.
Sky Sports will televise the Edgar Street clash with Nigel Clough's Burton side next Saturday (March 10), with the kick-off time moved to 12 noon.
United are still trying to negotiate a fee with Sky, although it is unlikely to approach the £75,000 they earned last season when their FA Cup tie with Hartlepool United was also shown live.
The Bulls' Director of Football Graham Turner said: "It adds a bit of spice to the game, and it shows that Sky are beginning to take an interest in non-league football."
Turner, whose side earned the clash with the Dr Martens League Premier Division leaders thanks to a penalty shoot-out victory over Morecambe on Tuesday, admits it will be a tricky tie.
"We have already had them watched a couple of times this season and they have been impressive -- they have a fair bit of experience in their side.
"We know it will be a tricky tie, but you know you are going to meet some quality opposition if you get to the quarter-finals."
Should United win, it will be the first time in 30 years they have reached the semi-finals.
