Leominster Minors have yet to concede a goal at under-14 level in the HGTA Herefordshire Junior League this season and comfortably went through to the next round of the Dave Howes Cup with Presteigne.

Strong contenders for the under-16 IMI Mould-ings Cup, holders Tupsley Pegasus and Lads Club both won and will meet in the next round - an exciting prospect.

Under-11 Tony Cole Cup holders Lads Club went down to top-of-the-table Bromyard Town, while second-placed Tupsley Pegasus were comfortably defeated at Weston.

Weston, the under-10 Mailes Cup holders, just scraped through against Bartestree Colts but section leaders Kington won comfortably.

In the top game in the under-9 Windsor Jones Imperial Cup, Lads Club went out to third-placed Bartestree.

Rebecca Panniers scor-ed her first goal when Tupsley Pegasus Milan overcame Hinton. Bartestree needed extra time to beat improving Lads Club Colts .
