WEST Midlands Football League officials will be considering what action to take in the case of Kington Town at their meeting this Monday.
The management committee will be making a ruling on the Premier Division outfit, who have been fined £500 by Herefordshire FA for fielding a player under suspension.
It follows the sending off of goalkeeper Mark Hopkins, who was serving a suspension at the time of his dismissal, in September's 2-1 home defeat by Brierley Hill.
Hopkins was fined £50 and banned for a total of 91 days by the HFA.
Kington, who originally named Daffyd Roberts as the goalkeeper red-carded, will not be appealing against the county punishment.
