RESIDENTS from Ewyas Harold and Ross-on-Wye gathered at Reynolds Court in Ross to discuss healthy lifestyles.
As part of national sheltered and retirement housing awareness week, the residents welcomed local dignitaries including health and housing officials on a day dedicated to good health.
Also on the menu was a 'healthy lunch' and an afternoon quiz that was organised to promote the theme of the awareness week which is Healthy Independent Living.
Organiser, Maureen Johnson said: "The event is designed to encourage people to examine their lives and recognise that to become a healthy independent person, health and well-being is an attitude of body and mind."
