MEMBERS from Here-ford's Combat Academy and Hereford Contact Karate Club united to compete in the first Ju-Jutsu Kumite championships to be held in Hereford.

Ju-Jutsu Kumite is a mixture of sport Karate and Judo, with points being awarded for punches, kicks, throws, ground fighting, arm locks, leg locks and strangles.
