OPEN GARDEN -- St Peter's Church, Peterchurch are holding an Open Gardens weekend on Saturday and Sunday, June 29 and 30 from 11am - 5pm daily. There will be 11 gardens open, most within walking distance but others by car where there will be parking available. A leaflet containing a map of the gardens and further information will be on sale at the church at a cost of £3 per person. There will be refreshments available all weekend at Hinton Grange, Stableyard Nurseries will also be open, where you can get your herbaceous shrubs, grasses, ferns and many unusual plants. There will be a 'Songs of Praise' in St Peter's Church on Sunday, June 30 at 6pm. Some of the gardens will have craft stalls and lots more going on. For further information call 01981 550462.
