CENTENARY -- In 1902, King's Caple School opened on the current site, and by way of a celebration, there will be a Victorian day on Friday, October 25. The children will be asked to dress up for the day as Victorian children and all adults will also be in costume. There will be a morning of 'traditional' Victorian lessons, and in the afternoon there will be a Victorian tea party for children, parents and villagers. The afternoon's celebrations will incorporate a harvest festival, together with Victorian songs. Anyone attending the afternoon will be 'requested' to dress up as well! For more information please contact Julia Morris, head teacher on 01432 840267. The staff and children look forward to welcoming you.
