PLANS for a wooden shed/ workshop in Redmarley will go before Forest of Dean planners next week.
The development will be on land at 3 Little Green, within the Conservation Area. There has been one objection based on its proposed size and potential for increased noise and nuisance resulting from the use of machinery.
The applicant has told planners he wishes to use the workshop for designing and making furniture and assisting other locals if they have any woodworking problems. He has also submitted details of sound proofing. Redmarley Parish Council has not raised any objections.
Planning permission will be decided at a meeting of the district council's development control and licensing committee on Monday (January 13).
