Ledbury and District Tourism Association will hold its AGM at The Talbot Hotel, in New Street, on Tuesday, January 21, at 12.30pm.
The meeting will see the election of a chairman, secretary and treasurer for the year ahead.
The present treasurer, Brian Miller, has already announced he will not be standing for re-election in 2003, as he feels "it is time to let a new face take control of the purse strings".
Items on the agenda will include this year's Ledbury in Bloom Campaign, when the town will represent the Heart of England region in the national final, and a talk from Herefordshire Council's new tourism officer Jane Lewis.
Other matters for discussion include toilet provision in Ledbury and the forthcoming Ledbury English Festival, which takes place around St George's Day (April 23), which is also Shakespeare's birthday.
