MADAM, Hereford in Bloom?
I see summer has begun, as the Castle Green and Cathedral Close are once again growing their displays of strange flowers made of paper, plastic, polystyrene and broken glass.
What a splendid spectacle for visitors to the most attractive areas of our lovely city (not to mention the residents themselves!) Do today's young people have no idea what litter bins are for?
