FOUR Herefordshire youngsters competed in the Under-18 National Finals at Milton Keynes and Stantonberry Leisure Centre.
Brothers Nigel and David Skyrme (Sellack), Rebecca Cox (Tarrington)and Sian Jones (Bromyard) all scored well in the round robin stages.
The Skyrme brothers and Cox won through to the knockout stages but did not feature in the final honours.
The England Select Under-18 squad visited Herefordshire to play a weekend at Bromyard Leisure Centre.
Nigel Skyrme, an England under-18 ever present, this time turned out for the Herefordshire county squad who were beaten 23-17 in a testing match.
The following day seniors and youngsters mixed in training games.
