A THIGH slapping, knee-tickling evening of fun and dancing took place at Kington Leisure Centre on Saturday.
Kington Festival Association's Bavarian evening went with a swing thanks to Karl's Bavarian Brass band.
Festival chairman Niki Scott described the evening as absolutely 'fantastic' and commented that they 'hadn't had so much fun for a long time'.
With beer flowing freely participants sang and danced after eating a feast fit for any Bavarian king which was kindly supplied free of charge by Fred Crane at Dunfield House.
"Everything was wonderful - the committee worked so hard and decorated the hall and everything. I would also like to thank Tom Bounds and his staff for helping to sell the tickets," said Niki.
