TOWN COUNCIL -- Councillor Bradbury said wherever the library goes, the Wesleyan Chapel is not big enough. Councillor Bounds said the town needs a community hall and a swimming pool. Cllr Turner agreed and said: "We don't want any more consultations." The mayor said: "No more money should be spent on studies, we've had three already."
BOOK LAUNCH -- The history department at Lady Hawkins' School have written a book on the life of Sir John Hawkins, husband of the school's foundress.
KINGTON TOWN -- The football club will ground share with Hereford Utd at the city club's Edgar Street ground if they win promotion from the West Midlands League premier division.
