BARTESTREE gained the two points necessary to take the Under-9 Division championship to a deciding game between themselves and Ledbury Swifts in the HGTA Herefordshire Juniors League.

A competent win over challengers Lads Club was enough to take them level on points with Swifts.

Ledbury Swifts managed to hold on to their Under-10 Division runners-up spot after defeating Hinton Eagles in the last play off game. The result gives Hay on Wye a well-deserved third place, with Hinton Eagles fourth

The Under-11 Lexmond Cup was comprehensively won by Lads Club Colts who were far too strong for Orleton. To their credit Orleton never gave up and the biggest cheer of the morning was their consolation goal.

Bartestree claimed two wins during the week to make them Under-13 Division champions. Hereford Junior Dynamos need two points from their remaining games to earn runner up spot.

Bartestree also claimed the Under-14 Division title from a close goalless draw against rivals Lads Club which gave them an unassailable points tally with just one game remaining.

The Tudors Building Supplies Cup will be between two of the less favoured teams after Pegasus Juniors surprisingly overcame Welling-ton Feyenoord and Fownhope managed a more comfortable win over Presteigne

Under-15 team Leomin-ster Minors earned the right to play Bromyard Town in the final of the Stuart Sheehan Cup after an away win over Westfields.

Hereford Junior Bulls claimed the Under-16 Division title with a win over Tupsley followed by a defeat of Leominster Minors on Sunday. Kington Town look favourites to take the runners up spot after defeating Ledbury Swifts.
